Boxing legend, Mike Tyson, has reportedly acquired a new and bigger mansion in his old neighbourhood, following the sale of his Vegas mansion.
The former boxing
legend is said to have upgraded as his Vegas mansion, which he has just
put up for sale at $1.5m, has nothing on this new acquirement.
The 49-yr-old's
mansion is a two-story, 8,149-square-foot mansion in Henderson, Nevada,
which he got at a staggering $2.5million, and is reportedly at the end
of the street from his old house, which houses Clark County records
show.
Tyson and his wife are reported to have concluded the deal on December 28, 2015.
The
spanking new six-bedroom home, which is located in a gated community,
has two detached casitas, an outdoor fireplace, lush landscaping, marble
flooring and a grand entry.
Luxury homes of Las Vegas has revealed that the brokerage firm has listed Tyson's old mansion for $1.5m.
County records revealed that the home had been acquired by Tyson back in 2008 for $1.7m from NBA player, Jalen Rose.
Daily Mail reports
that the former mansion has been 'Smartly updated' for the resale, with
the boost in finances attributed to the legend's animated TV series,
Mike Tyson Mysteries, celebrity appearances, endorsements and a renewed
business savvy'.
Owner of Luxury Homes of Las Vegas, Broker Ken Lowman, said during the statement:
"The lucky buyer will not only be able to live in Mike Tyson's old home, they will also be his new neighbor!"
