The vice president of Nigeria  said yesterday that the Federal Government has not remove fuel subsidy with the new price regime in which petrol now selling for N145 per litter
                In a statement personally signed by Osindajo titled The Fuel Debate Our story, he said the mani issue was not about the new price regime but how to shield the poor from the worst effort of the policy.

                According to him the real issue was not the removal of fuel subsidy, stressing that at $40 a barrel there was not much of subsidy to remove.
He also said that at $40 a barrel there isn’t much of a subsidy to remove. In any event, the president is probably one of the most convinced pro-subsidy advocates
